Bento

Made this for myself just a few days ago. Like I said, I've been using a lot of dried fruit and nuts lately- waaay easier to clean up.

potato pancakes (leftover mashed potatoes with egg, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley)
stewed tomatoes with basil and balsamic vinegar
cucumber
tortellini with great northern bean and tomato sauce
mixed nuts (almond, cashew, macadamia, brazil)
prunes
dried apricots
dried papaya
